HOLYHEAD RECYCLING UNIT
This unit is designed to provide a means of easily separating the main recyclable items from general waste in country parks, where the appearance of stainless steel or galvanised units would be unacceptable.
The posting slots can have either circular holes or rectangular apertures. Any signage options are possible including the examples shown below. Because it empties from the back the middle section has only one posting slot.
The polyboards are made from an ecologically sound recycled material, which is durable, water resistant, rot free, and requires no maintenance.
In certain circumstances, particularly if an accelerant such as petrol is used, this material may catch fire and burn, though this unit has galvanised steel shrouds around the top, underneath the polyboards, to reduce the risk of them catching fire.
A version with European oak slats based on the Woodland bin with lid is also available
- Legs 40 x 40 x 2.5mm hollow
- Slats 30 x 100mm in brown or black as standard. 30 x 100mm red, green, blue and yellow slats available at additional cost.
- Galvanised 22 swg sheet steel liners with 6mm wired edge, drain holes and pull-out handle
- Approx. capacity 330 litres
- Supplied with pedestal base legs (for bolting down)
as standard. - Can be bolted down with K1 rawl bolts, or K4 extended
rawl bolts - Frame finished in either Acrylic Coating or Street-Tough
finish in brown 08B29, or black as standard - Weight approx. 200kg.
