Our range is constantly evolving, due mainly to requests for bespoke products from customers. Very new products, not illustrated in our current brochure, are printed on inserts which are tucked into the rear fold of the brochure with the price list.

The huge growth of the Chinese economy has created an acute worldwide shortage for a range of raw materials. This has resulted in substantial price rises in the cost of raw materials. Because these costs vary we charge a surcharge on our list prices for those products affected.

 

Current surcharge rates are 4.25% for our All Steel range, and 16% for our Stainless Steel products. No other products are currently affected.

 

The surcharge element of any quotation cannot be guaranteed to remain at the percentage quoted. If our suppliers increase their charges to us, we will need to pass these increases on at the time the order is placed.
